These terms explain how The WIN Room works. They don't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

1. Membership and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.

2. Plans and payment

Explorer is free. Earner costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year. Paid memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. The price and billing frequency are shown before payment.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel from your account. Renewal stops and access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Referrals and commissions

Commission is paid on real, completed purchases under the published rates. Nobody has to refer anyone to use The WIN Room. Full rules are in the Referral Programme Terms. Commissions are not guaranteed.

Withdraw once your approved balance reaches $50. Payouts are processed on the 1st and 16th of each month via Wise, Revolut, Stripe or crypto (USDT, BTC or ETH). A 5% processing fee applies. Commissions are subject to the Referral Terms.

5. Guarantee

30-Day WIN Challenge — Give yourself 30 days to put the system into action. Complete the 8-Day Launch Map and record your daily WIN Challenge habits on at least 21 of your first 30 days. If you meet all of the Challenge requirements, you can request a refund under the 30-Day WIN Challenge Terms. This promotional refund promise does not replace or restrict any cancellation or other consumer rights you may have under applicable law. The Challenge is about taking action. It does not guarantee income, sales, customers or business results.

6. Results

There is no guaranteed income from joining The WIN Room. Any earnings or commission examples are individual results or historical payments, not promises, forecasts or guarantees. Results depend on your own circumstances, activity, skills, audience, sales and other factors, and some members may earn little or no commission. We do not promise that you will recover the cost of your membership or make a profit. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

7. Conduct

Do not use the site unlawfully, spam, mislead people, manipulate referrals or leaderboard activity, impersonate another person or business, share your account, or misuse platform content.

8. Intellectual property

Platform content, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to WIN WITH LEE LIMITED. Members may use supplied promotional materials only for their intended purpose and in line with the Promotion Guidelines.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be restricted while a suspected breach is investigated or terminated for a material breach. Affected members will be told the reason, what happens next and how to contact us. Commission records are preserved and handled under the Referral Programme Terms.

10. Changes

Members will receive notice of significant changes. Future referral-rate changes follow the notice rule in the Referral Programme Terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
